Product Information

pediped Originals® are made from such a soft, pliable leather and are so comfortable that kids enjoy wearing them. Originals® are exceptionally comfortable. Infants don’t even try to take them off! pediped Originals® also feature Velcro fasteners that ensure shoes stay securely in place.

pediped® footwear understands that nothing is more important than your child’s safety. This is why we are committed to only offering products that adhere to the most stringent standards for safety guidelines. These guidelines, known as the British and European Safety Standard for Toys (EN 71-3), ensure that infants and children’s products do not contain harmful levels of substances, such as lead. We also comply with all product safety rules and regulations as established by the CPSIA.

In fact, to further guarantee that our shoes are safe, pediped® conducts thorough random tests at the nation’s foremost leather testing facility to verify that our products are compliant with the standards set forth.

Select styles in pediped Grip ‘n’ Go™ and Flex® lines are machine washable. Look for the machine washable symbol as you shop to determine if a shoe is machine washable. Not all pediped® footwear is machine washable.

Absolutely. pediped® uses only the highest quality, non-toxic leather to ensure infant safety and peace of mind for parents.

Currently, pediped Originals® are available up to size 18-24 months. pediped Grip 'n' Go™ are for children 9 months to 3 years and are available in EU sizes 20-23 (US 5-7). pediped Flex® is designed for children ages 1-8 years, and select styles are available in sizes up to EU 33 (US 2 youth).

Our machine washable and Adventure Line shoes may get wet, but are not waterproof. Like other 100% leather shoes, pediped Originals® are not recommended for rain or snow. They may be worn outdoors, but on dry surfaces.

pediped® footwear has black soles to keep the shoes looking clean and new for as long as children wear them.

Nubuck is top-grain leather that has been sanded or buffed to give a slight nap of short protein fibers, producing a velvet-like surface. One of the most expensive leathers available, nubuck is similar in appearance to suede, but its texture is finer. Unlike suede, nubuck is created from the outer side of a hide, giving it more strength and thickness along with a fine grain. Because we use 100% genuine leather, naturally occurring irregularities on the leather are unavoidable at times. Every skin has a unique grain or feel, which may result in a pair of leather shoes that do not look exactly the same as the image on this site. Grain wrinkles or veins, stretched marks or scars may be evident, and should not be considered defects in any way.

However if you believe that the product you have received from us is defective, please contact Customer Service and we will try to resolve the issue for you.

Selected designs are lined with pig-skin leather as they are generally softer than other leathers. The style and end use of the shoe determines whether we will use pig-skin leather in its construction.

To find out if individual designs use pig-skin lining, please look at the product description available, which will tell you about the material contents of the shoe. For further clarification, feel free to contact Customer Service.

 


Order Processing & Shipping

Orders placed before 9am (Singapore Standard Time) are processed on the same day (excludes weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after 9am on working days, weekends and holidays are processed on the next working day. Orders may take 1-2 working days to process. Orders are processed pending availability of item and payment verification.

Please allow a delay of up to 5 working days during sale periods. Orders with out of stock item(s) may take an additional 3-5 working days to process and ship out. 

We are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.

All shipping options come with a tracking number and require a signature upon receipt.

Orders are shipped on working days only.

For orders outside of Singapore, packages will be shipped as a Registered Article and will come with a tracking number.

For Registered Parcel, your order will arrive between 2-5 working days from ship date.

For Courier Shipping, your order will arrive between 2-3 working days from ship date.

For Express Shipping, your order will arrive 1 day from ship date.

Delivery time may be affected by conditions beyond our control, therefore cannot be guaranteed.

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days, please contact Customer Service and we will assist in tracking your parcel. 

Currently, we do not offer same day delivery.

pediped® Singapore ships to all regions of Malaysia.

For all other countries, please contact Customer Service to check if delivery to your country is possible.

Shipments to countries outside of Singapore typically take 7-14 working days from the order date. Shipping times to international destinations vary depending on location. Please contact Customer Service to get the most accurate shipping rates.

Customs and import duties including any taxes, tariffs or item seized may be charged upon delivery and are the sole responsibility of the recipient of the package. We ship your package duties and taxes unpaid and cannot predict what your particular charges may be.

For more information on your country's customs policies, please contact your local customs office. Your local postal carrier can give you information on the method of payment accepted for the duties, taxes, tariffs and other fees collected upon delivery.

You may check your order status on our website. Simply log in to your Account to see your order number and tracking information.

 


Exchange, Refunds & Returns

Yes. We are happy to return or exchange any unworn shoes in their original packaging within 14 days from the day you received it if the shoe does not fit or are defective. Items marked "FINAL SALE" cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.

For hygiene purposes, there will be no exchange or return of accessories.

We are sorry you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. Please see our How to Return or Exchange an Order page for more information.

You may return your parcel using any postal service. International returns are not eligible for exchanges, only refunds.

Please retain your proof of postage.

Postage costs incurred in returning an order will not be reimbursed. In the unfortunate event that you are returning a defective item, please contact Customer Service directly.

For all exchanges of merchandise purchased at a registered pediped Singapore retailer, please contact the retailer directly. We are unable to provide a return or exchange for merchandise not purchased from www.pediped.com.sg.

Refunds will be made via your payment method. For credit card payments, please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For more information, please contact your credit card company.

We are unable to process multiple coupon codes in a single order.

The use of coupon codes is subject to offer terms and conditions. Please check the specific terms and conditions of the coupon code for specific guidelines and restrictions.

We are unable to reimburse discounts.

'Final Sale' items will be indicated as such on the product page and/or the terms and conditions of the specific promotion.

Items sold under ‘Final Sale’ cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds at any time.

We offer a one-time price adjustment on items bought and are marked down within 14 days of your purchase. If your purchase is eligible for a price adjustment, we will refund you the difference in the form of a store credit.

Items purchased using a coupon code or other temporary discounts are not eligible for a price adjustment. ‘Final sale’ items are not eligible for a price adjustment.

pediped® is pronounced "peedy-ped", as in pediatric and ped (Latin for foot).

pediped® footwear is sold at select departmental stores, children’s boutiques and children’s shoe stores, in addition to our website. Please see the Store Locator for the authorized retailers nearest you.

We know your time is valuable, and we want to ensure that all our communication with you is meaningful. We send out e-newsletters to announce special promotions or events approximately every other week.

We take pride in our superior customer service. We try to answer every email within 1 business day. Please make sure to provide correct email addresses and phone numbers so you can be reached. Also, sometimes our responses are marked as spam and sent to junk mail. 

Unfortunately, it depends on the specific style, and we cannot always provide an exact amount of time. Please contact Customer Service to see when the style will be available. We also suggest contacting a retailer near you as they may still have the style in stock.

We launch styles twice a year. Our Fall/Winter collection debuts in late summer and our Spring/Summer collection come outs in late winter.
